I know, being hospitalized is never a good thing. Either you are sick or prevented to get sick or somebody you love is sick. The hospital cuisine is known for the bland taste, un-appetizing presentation in the most heart sunking ambiance.
Yes, we all agree that hospitals didn’t have a slightest chance to be your cuisine destination.
Were they?
Well, I try to find the story behind hospital’s menus. The philosophy, the drama and the goals from all dedicated cook in nutrition department at hospital.
Since I am a hospital administration graduate. I had my time managing and play around the hospital neighborhood. So I’m hoping to give an insider look on the spirit of doing justice for the food itself.
I’m not limiting the articles by scooping Indonesian hospitals only, but I will tell you when I’m doing direct interview or doing literature research instead.
So, which hospital to go for lunch to day?
